How do I submit my artwork, names, dates and\/or copy<\/strong>?<\/a><\/div>

We prefer that you e-mail us all of your engraving details and any design preferences to \"email_address\".\u00a0 Please see Artwork Requirements<\/a> for all details pertaining to required graphic file types.<\/p>\n

Will you engrave customer-supplied products<\/strong>?<\/a><\/div>
<\/p>\n

We engrave customer-supplied products every day, so we welcome you to submit a quote request to \"email_address\".\u00a0 Please describe your item(s) to be engraved and we will contact you with a quote or if we need more details.\u00a0 There are some materials that we may not be 100% sure whether it is truly engravable, so in those instances we will be engraving them at the customer’s risk.<\/p>\n

What is the normal turnaround time<\/strong> for an order?<\/a><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Depending on our workload and your project size, projects can take between 2-10 working days. Never hesitate to ask. We are very customer-oriented and will always do anything we can to satisfy every customer’s deadline.<\/p>\n

Do you provide a proof<\/strong> of the design prior to production?<\/a><\/div>
<\/p>\n

A proof is provided for approval prior to production.\u00a0 I delay in proof approval can effect turnaround times, so please reply promptly.<\/p>\n

I see a product I like on a different website, can you supply that same product?<\/a><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Our business has been a proud member of the Awards and Recognition Association since our inception.\u00a0 This gives us access to a wealth of resources to source just about any product on the market today.\u00a0 We will be able to supply most products on the market, with the exception of those products that are proprietary to a specific retailer or controlling group of retailers.<\/p>\n

Do I have to pay sales tax<\/strong> on my order?<\/a><\/div>
<\/p>\n

We collect sales tax from Missouri customers or for any order originating in the State of Missouri.\u00a0 If you provide us a qualifying Missouri State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate<\/a> with your order, sales tax will not be collected on your order.\u00a0 We do not need the original certificate.\u00a0 A photocopy or fax will work.\u00a0 Orders placed by out-of-state customers that are shipped to out-of-state addresses are not charged sales tax.<\/p>\n

What forms of payment<\/strong> do you accept?<\/a><\/div>
<\/p>\n

Internet orders must be paid via credit card unless the order is picked up locally. Major credit cards we accept are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments upon request. We do offer open accounts in some instances.<\/p>\n

What if my awards are engraved incorrectly?<\/a><\/div>
<\/p>\n

In the event we make an error, we will replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as possible at our expense. If the error was on your part (i.e. incorrect spelling for a name) we will still replace the incorrect piece(s) as quickly as we can at a discounted rate. Regardless of the nature of the error, we will make every effort to have the corrected awards to you in time for presentation.<\/p>\n

What is the normal shipping time<\/strong> to my location?<\/a><\/div>

Because of the custom nature of our products, returns are normally not an option.\u00a0 If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team for authorization at 816-232-6000.\u00a0 All returns must be authorized for tracking purposes.<\/p>\n
